This policy explains how you collect a trailer from Halco Trailers and how orders for trailer parts are processed and shipped.

Trailer In-Store Pickup

Trailers can only be picked up from our factory and yard in Warragul, Victoria. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.

Please bring your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect your trailer. Our team will complete a pre-pickup inspection with you before you tow it away.

Trailer Parts Shipment Processing Time

All parts orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs for parts orders are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. Transit times depend on the carrier and your location. Remote and regional areas may take longer.

Order Tracking

Once your parts order has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking details where they are available from the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your parts order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can arrange a fix. See our Refund Policy for more information.
